At Leaps and Bounds we are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy details how your data is collected, used and stored. It applies to data collected by us when you use either of our websites, interact with us via social media, by email, phone or paper based booking forms.

When we use the terms such as we, us and our within this policy, we mean Leaps & Bounds School for Hounds and Leaps & Bounds Shop for Hounds.

The term ‘you’ refers to the user of our websites and services.

Marketing and communications: your preferences in receiving correspondence and marketing from us, this includes email, SMS, WhatsApp, post and phone calls.

We always aim to give our clients and customers the most positive and personal experience possible so we may use your previous purchase history, previous services provided, location and time of purchase to determine the marketing material you will see on our websites, social media, emails and messaging services. Images and videos

From time to time we may take photos and videos of you participating in class activities or events we are hosting. As you can be identified by these images, we need your consent to use these images on our websites, social media and any advertising platforms. Your consent is required in writing and will be captured on paper based booking forms or via email. This consent can be revoked at any time by informing us in writing that you no longer consent for us to share images of you, any photos and videos of you will be removed and deleted accordingly.

We do include links to social platforms on our websites, if you follow any links on our website or social media pages to any third party website the owners of the site will have their own privacy policy detailing how they collect, use and store your data. We do not accept any responsibility  or liability for their management of your personal data.

How We Share Your Data

At times we may be required to disclose your personal data to third parties. The types of third parties and the reasons we may need to disclose information to them is as follows:

IT systems and software providers: This will be to fix issues that arise within our systems, or to build programmes which allow us to extract data for analysis.

Analytics and social media platforms: We use analytics to help us find trends in purchasing and indicate to us what you may wish to see more often. We Use social media platforms so we can market products and advertise services to you.

Payment providers: To help process any orders relating to products and/or services provided by us. Please be aware that due to online payment security we do not have visibility to your full card details.

Delivery firms: This is in case the firm needs to contact you in relation to delivering your goods. They may send you an email, SMS or call you if there is an issue with delivery or to reschedule delivery.
