Shipping, Delivery & Collection

As long as the item you have ordered is in stock we aim to dispatch same day as long as the order has been placed by 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm we will process and dispatch the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the following Monday. Any orders made on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day. There is a set delivery charge of £4.99 per order that is to be delivered. We use Royal Mail for majority of orders and you should receive your orders within 3-5 working days.

 With regards to Walk Your Dog With Love products as these are dispatched direct from the suppliers from the United States delivery is expected to take between 5-10 working days.
