Returns & Refunds Policy

Any item purchased from Leaps & Bounds Shop For Hounds that is found to be faulty or damaged in transit we will be happy to either arrange a refund or replacement of the item.

All returns must be agreed with Leaps & Bounds via email (shop@schoolforhounds.co.uk) within 30 working days from receipt of your order. We will explain how to return the goods to us. If the item is not faulty or damaged but has been ordered by mistake or no longer required you will only be eligible for a refund, the item should be returned to us in a saleable condition and in all original packaging.

Once we have received the items being returned and inspected them we will email you to confirm we have received your returned item. We will in addition notify you if we have approved or rejected your refund. If you are approved for a refund , your refund will be processed and credit automatically credited to your original payment method, within 5 working days.

Leaps & Bounds will only replace items that are faulty or damaged in transit. If you need to replace an item for a different size the original item must be returned with all labels attached and in original packaging.

Please note only full priced items are eligible for refunds, any sale items are unable to be refunded or exchanged. Also unsealed food products such as Yak chews, Antlers etc. Cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any items that are returned for any reason, the postage of the return is to be covered by the customer.
